Truffle was born from a restless heart and a lifelong love of chocolate and pastry. Stephanie Liefeld, Chief of the Chocolate Factory and creator of Truffle, started playing with chocolate at an early age and began selling molded chocolates as a teenager. After a 15-year detour (college, career, etc.) she returned to her first love and opened Truffle so that she could share her passion with other chocolate lovers.
At Truffle our focus is on high quality chocolates and confections, nothing too fussy or fancy—all the favorites that you remember from childhood, and some fun and fresh things too! We make everything to order, just for you, from the freshest ingredients available.
Truffle remains a work in progress, always changing and experimenting.
