Chocolate Truffles

Creamy, rich and decadent, the chocolate truffle is the star of any dessert lineup. Chocolate truffles are extremely perishable, and because we love them so much here at Portland Truffle we only offer them freshly made at the Portland Truffle Chocolate Kitchen, or by special order for local area events and occasions. Sorry, we don't ship these precious gems!

Some of our recent flavors include:

Mexican Milk Chocolate (a Portland Truffle Best Seller!) - crisp dark chocolate shell filled with a silky smooth whipped milk chocolate and cinnamon ganache, with just the tiniest hint of chile.

Blackberry Cream - crisp white chocolate shell filled with whipped white chocolate ganache swirled with fresh organic blackberry puree.

Classic Dark Chocolate - this classic rolled truffle is pure melt-in-your-mouth dark chocolate ganache lightly dusted with Guittard rouge cocoa powder.
